Ordered before 6 on a Friday night from door dash, the driver told me he was on his way exactly on time, then he said the restaurant called and told him they left out items, so he went back. Upon delivery we were still missing multiple items on a 100$ order. Won't waste my time here again after that, a simple 4 person order should go like clockwork or you shouldn't be in business.nn--Update This is exactly the response of someone that does not know how to run a business and is about to be bankrupt if they don't change their attitude and their process. I have managed restaurants from 3 people to fine dining restaurants with nearly a hundred employees catering 200 person + events AND operating the cities best fine dining restaurant at the same time.nnLet us evaluate why this is a FACT. First you called me MAX my name is clearly written and right away this shows your lack of attention to detail.nnSecond instead of apologizing for your business making a mistake you waste your time and money to attack me. Doordash had an error rate of about 25% when i ordered from them. I therefore have canceled my membership and they refunded based on evidence provided with photos.nnThird If you actually had any business skill you would be identifying how you can correct these issues through a process so that this simply can not happen. Obviously if you had to check the cameras you have no process in place and have no idea what is going out the door.nnI will gladly turn your restaurant around in less than 3 months but it will cost you 70,000 a year for my services and you have to give me complete control to make measured and documented changes for the betterment of the business. Short of getting someone seriously educated about business to help you, this place will not be here in a few years, i have seen big and small companies fail and so far you are showing the same signs. Take this as a red flag warning sign and make changes today.

Update: this was prior to the start of COVID. Apologies for not being specific. This review is for a pre-COVID regular dining experience. I have not been to Verde since COVID and cannot review their current offerings.nnWould not recommend Verde strictly based on service. My husband and I wanted to dine there and we saw the hostess and were seated outside. After waiting there for 15-20 minutes nobody every came to our table. There were other people seated outside who were being helped, but not us. After waiting all that time we went inside to let the hostess know that no one had seen us and we were leaving and there was no effort to keep our business. Poor service all around. In addition, while we were waiting and looking over the menu it was pretty limited.

Called to order chips and salsa for pickup. They put me on hold for three minutes and then just hung up on menUpdate: used them again (stupidly, but I was in the area..). Ordered via Uber eats. Waiting an hour for a meal that was slated to take 5-15 minutes for pickup.. it’s been an hour now and their phone is off with a full mailbox.nnI hope this place goes under and a respectable shop opens up there. Louisville is too nice to have these shady folks in town.

This place gives bad service. Before and after COVID. It’s probably even worse now.nnI’m sure the owner or some manager will reply saying how I’m wrong, but look at all the recent reviews.nnJUST SHUT YOUR DOORS AND LET A GOOD BUSINESS MOVE IN.nnI’ve been waiting for my pick up order for over an hour now. Tried to call them but of course their phone is off and mailbox is full.

Food is good but horrible dining experience with this customer being incredibly rude as I am about to sit down . She insists the table is hers despite the fact that she had initially walked towards another table calling me all sorts of names in front of her own child. What an excellent example of parenting - horrible woman
