Amazing gym! Great coaches and atmosphere. The kids class is the best we’ve been too. Robert is a very skillful and respected coach. An awesome role model for the kids. Super clean mats and overall a very positive experience.
Joining this gym was literally the best choice I have made in the past 5 years. The coaches here are so respectful and knowledgeable about their craft. I have learned so much about myself here, and it has translated into so many aspects of my life. I wholeheartedly recommend Robert and NW HIT center!
I am not one who would have EVER considered going to a MMA gym. I am dorky and somewhat uncoordinated. I went in about a year ago and was immediately met with kindness and encouraged to participate to the best of my ability. This gym has TONS of experienced grapplers as well as newbies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert, Lori and the whole to anyone who asked me. Welcoming to all people, all sizes, all genders. Such a lovely fun place to train!
A clean gym and a great environment for personal development. A very positive experience for our family!
My sons (13 & 16) have been training here for 4 years and it has changed their/our lives. Wonderful instruction and a great group of people that really care about their community - definitely recommended.
