I genuinely love going to this location because of the convenience and how personable the instructors are. However, I was planning on gong to the 5:45am schedule class today and the instructor was a complete no show--this became aggravating because I do plan my day around this class and had to drive across town to go to another location. This is frustrating because of the amount of money I pay for a monthly membership. I do hope the instructor is okay if there was any kind of emergency, but I wish there was a way to communicate if class is cancelled or if the instructor is out. Overall my experience now is not good.
Had a fantastic class here tonight! Can’t recommend Devan’s Yin flow highly enough. Visiting from out of town and it was just what I needed. Challenging but detoxifying. Great atmosphere, clean, and comfortable changing rooms.
Abigayle's beach party sculpt class was the most fun fitness class I've attended anywhere!
I am a Black Tag member in CO on biz. The studio is a few min from my hotel. I have been a few times while in town and really enjoyed the experience. Such a fun group.nnI'm even more excited to do the advanced 84 pose special class tomorrow! Signed up today and can't wait!!!nnFun studio. Highly recommend!!
