I first came to Puget Sound Pilates in October, 2013 for relief of back pain. I got very quick relief from my pain, but started to realize the benefits of pilates in my overall health and fitness. I was much stronger and had more stamina than ever before.nnVal and Robin are both great pilates instructors, and they're adept at understanding what exercises are going to benefit me and they're fantastic at pushing you to just the right level to get the most out of the work.nnPilates for me transitioned from a solution for back pain to an important part of my life. I'm much healthier and fit now because of the great staff at Puget Sound Pilates!
