I'm new at yoga.The instructor for Gentle Restorative is outstanding. Giving clear instructions on poses & alternative poses for injuries & body level. Awesome vibe! Being a new comer I feel very comfortable & welcomed.
Although I had tried a few other studios before, OlyYoga was where I fell in love with yoga. Sabrina and Ray are wonderful teachers who truly care about helping students develop and explore their practice. I particularly enjoyed Sabrina’s vinyasa and restorative classes!
Oly yoga is the BEST! Sadhana is a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable and professional. This is a great place if you are new to yoga or if you have been practicing for years!
