Tried to order online and they offered free shipping and a throw for 25$ and I didn't receive any of the special promotions. Called to cancel order and they didn't even want to know why
I like this store but maybe it is more focused on an older clientele.
I found several things in the catalog that recently arrived. I ordered them and was asked to select size and color. There was no indication that the items I ordered were not in stock. I chose and paid for expedited shipping to get them in time to wear to a weekend family reunion. No clothing arrived on the day it was supposed to. FedEx lied and said they attempted delivery, when actually they ‘successfully’ delivered someone else’s dog food. When my clothing arrived four days later, which was after the weekend I needed them, there were only two of my six items there. Soft Surroundings won’t have the other four items I ordered until towards the end of August, more than two months after I ordered them. SS customer service was non-existent during the time I was trying to figure out if my order might arrive on time, and I feel they have been a bit reluctant to refund the expedited shipping they did not achieve. I’ll never count on them again.
Appropriate name, employees are great.nCan't get into store check out catalog.
I'm disappointed no really all natural fabrics... biggest sell have some synthetic thing in them..
