I think this is the reason I avoid boutique stores... Rep Ashlynn asked for my name, I assumed so she could help me out and make the experience more personalized.. she didn't even remember it when she helped me at check out. At checkout she tried extremely hard to get me to sign up for their emails or else I wouldn't be able to make any returns. I have many emails this was a one time purchase I said no... She warned me again I wouldn't be able to make any returns.. I said no again.. I asked for a printed receipt where it shows their return policy.. oh hey it says I only need a receipt! Clothes are cute.. didn't appreciate untruthful service.
