I was in the store today looking for a backpack and some masks with my six year old daughter. The employees went the extra mile to show my daughter all the bags in her size. Although they didn’t have the backpack I wanted they offered to have it sent to the store for me to see it in person and the masks are sold out for the next few weeks I ended up buying my daughter a backpack. Although I could shop online I will continue to shop at this store just because the people working the floor are amazing.

This was the best shopping experience I've ever had while shopping at a coach store. The staff were friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful and went far and beyond what I expected to help me find what I was looking for. They knew when to check on me while I was shopping and when to step back and let me have my space to browse and think about what I needed/wanted. I will definitely be making this my #1 go to coach store from here on out! I absolutely LOVE my new purchase!
walked in with a friend to look at some accessories. The staff was distant but always on us whenever we looked at items. my buddy ended up getting a belt and matching wallet. the staff treated us like we weren't good enough until we spent 400 in the store. go to the cherry creek location. they treat you good regardless of how much you spend.
