Very orderly and personable associates... SHOCKING because that has not been typical over the past few years. (Goes for any Macys not just FlatIron location.) Glad I decided to shop here again because it was positive and I actually found things I needed. Later returnimg a few things was carefree too.

Everytime i walk into this store i get stalked by security or management. So much so that I have confronted them about what about me makes them think I'm a threat. I love to shop and spend money often doing so... this store is super close to my house and I love Macy's selections... however this store leaves me mad and empty handed most of the time. They need to retrain there management and loss prevention before they have a lawsuit!!!!

Man what an experience. Vickie, who works in the cologne department for men is a GREAT employee. Made conversation and gave an honest opinion about the different colognes and which one was the right one for myself. A genuinely happy person who loves her job. I ended up getting the cologne I wanted and that she recommended. If anyone in the Macy’s department or HR sees this review, please pass it along to her. She deserves a raise! I will be back! Oh my relief!nThis is the first time I've been clothes shopping since the pandemic closed everything. It was everything I wished for and more. Like, did you know Macy's has a new, even less expensive brand? I bought half the store.nnMacy's is always a happy place and it is nice to be in a store where everyone is genuinely happy to see other people because we have all been cooped up.nnThanks for making leaving the house not scary, Macy's.

Service associates were very friendly, This Macy's location was very clean. I will return.
