Before this store closed, it was my favorite place to shop. About 95% of the fashion I own is from this place. The store always looked appealing, the staff was always so friendly and helpful and the inventory was always beautiful and in stock... and then the store closed. Which was a bummer! Once I found out it had re opened, I went back in and was extremely disappointed. The store had no appeal. There were barely any clothes, very little to no jewelry. The once beautiful jewelry wall no longer exists, the shoe wall BARELY exists. The selection was just awful. For some reason, there was only one staff member who seemed like she hated her life. Didn’t smile, never really helped at all. There was no music playing. I had a $100 gift card and planned on spending every penny of it plus more, and only spent $9. I really hope this was all just because they got wiped out for Christmas because this is NOT the beautiful Charlotte Russe I remember. Giving this place one more chance before I have the gift card returned so I can spend that money elsewhere

Employees were not trained to do returns, and only one person was trained on the register. That was pathetic.

The employees take forever when someone is paying they stop and talk to other people, so annoying and all of us are trying to pay! They need to be faster they take forever
