Everything is usually fresh and tastes great with the exception of the salmon (which usually tastes a little off). Ordered the chirashi sushi once and instead of a bowl of rice they gave me a small ball that was smaller than anticipated. Other than these minor issues it is a great place to get sushi for pickup. The service is always polite and quick, and they have never gotten my order wrong. :)
Usually I love ordering food from this restaurant. Overall the sushi and meals are great quality. The reason for my low rating is the poor customer service we've received the last two orders. The lid to the soup on the last two orders has been smashed by the sauce placed on top of it, leaving pieces of plastic all in the soup and soup spilled in the bag. Each time I called to let them know and both times they said they would pack it differently the next time we order. Well the most recent order they didn't pack it differently and not sure ill order soup again if it's likely to occur.
I Love Mr Sake! I've had sushi from here 3 times in this last month with the heat. Creative, flavorful, unique rolls some combining soft and crunchy textures in unusual combos--try the Tiger Roll!!
Just ordered from Grubhub today and I had to write a review. Holy cow, what a fantastic find! Had a perfect eel roll and the best General Tso's I've tried in Colorado. Thanks so much.
The restaurant smelled very fishy. and the food tasted as though it had been frozen and thawed (rice and all). Come to find out, they wipe the tables before and after every guest with cod liver oil (secret of the pros;)
