I am a big fan of the flavors of Chipotle. The sauces are exactly the right heat level with a touch of creaminess. I never had a bad piece of chicken here in any style, sandwich or otherwise.

I don't normally write reviews for places, but this place is so bad I've decided to go out of my way to make an exception. This is quite possibly the worst location of this chain in the entire country. I have naively tried to eat there many times, and I have literally never had a pickup or delivery order made correctly. I'm writing this review now because they messed up half of our entire order to the extent that we have to return to the restaurant for a refund (which they are very hesitant to be fair about). Chipotle in general can be wonderful, but this location in particular is absolutely HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. If you don't have time to drive to the next closest location other than this one, eat at a different franchise that day. This location is much worse than not having Chipotle at all.

Just ordered online and came to get it.And when I got there I saw my order get done and bagged by an employee and sat it next to the register and let my food just sit there while everyone else got served. Being covid I wait till everyone in line had got there orders and they still had no idea which was mine when it was sitting right there in front of them. After a employee asked another employee if my order was the one next to the register, she was awnsered with a sloppy remark ( I didn't do any of those!). You know its not that hard to just do you job right and not act like you have one single thing your devoted to at work especially in what you would think is a team work environment. Take some responsibility thats not yours sometimes just to help and make it a smoother work flow.

I come weekly to this location and its totally hit or miss on the portions you receive. Just left with a miss. Pretty bummed about it. I understand that they cannot have an exact standard but when you are consistently seeing seeing 75% fluctuations in portions its clear that a bit of standardization is needed. This is not my experience at other locations.
