Out of the 3 good times locations in the region this is the absolute worst. The staff make judgmental comments about patrons in earshot thinking they don't hear them despite the fact they are heard extremely clearly.nnMy major concern however would be that staff DO NOT wear gloves when handling food which is a major health violation. They handle money & food simultaneously without washing hands or wearing gloves. When asked why they don't wear gloves, the worker made a snide remark about how my mask was situated in my own car.nnI think handling food without gloves is more of a concern than my mask. Ive taken it upon my self to contact the health department for you all.

Service was good however, My spicy chicken sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bun wasn’t toasted and was soggy. For $10 I could have gone anywhere else.

Normally I would give this place five stars because everything I have ever gotten there was delicious. Until today. I was getting lunch for my husband when I saw a sign that says they have Patty Melts. I LOVE Patty Melts so I ordered one.nnUnfortunately, it was a soggy, sodden mess. My guess is that it is prepared ahead of time, wrapped in a foil wrapper and when one is ordered they put it in the microwave. It was definitely warm enough, .nnBut the bread had the consistency of bread that has been dipped in water. It was also dripping (oozing) with their secret sauce which I wasn't expecting. I do like their sauce, but a patty melt should have ketchup on it, not be dripping with sauce. (That would have been forgivable if the bread hadn't been so unbelievably soggy.)nnI have never actually had a bad patty melt.....until today. It was truly awful.

Forgot sauce, very slow and rude... then of course the second they hand me my drink 5 seconds later after I have it in my hand goes “it’s unstable” while it falls onto my lap... :( lid was not put on well.. and completely ignores the fact I asked her for napkins and doesn’t apologize.

We enjoy eating out. Last night we arrived in this fine place which friends told us about. We had a lovely time there with exceptional dishes and a professional team and a professional chef. We added this restaurant in our list and we will surely visit again soon. Highly recommended.
