Pilates has been an instrumental part of my continued strength and flexibility improvements as I forge through weakness and fatigue due to MS. Example; the reformer allows me to do the movements laying down that I cannot do sitting/standing. Now I can do some movements seated or standing that I could not do before. Unmistakable improvement with Rocky Mountain Pilates Studio - safe, encouraging, fun, supportive environment.
I have been going to this studio for years. Their classes are all well taught by professional teachers in a clean and inviting environment. They have helped me through injuries as well as made modifications for my specific bodies limitations and needs. I am thrilled to be a part of this establishment as it has been a lifesaver through this challenging year. It has transformed my body and Taylor the owner has done a fantastic job with her business. Come join us you won’t regret it.
I have been a client since 2012. Beautiful new studio!! Absolutely awesome instructors and fun classes!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Give them a try. You won't regret it!!
Rocky Mountain Pilates is amazing. Their instructors are super helpful and make the classes fun, the atmosphere is clean and the other classmates quickly turn into friends. I would highly recommend giving any one of the classes offered a try!
I am so grateful for this Studio, has made a big difference in my physical body after 2 hip replacements, I move like a gazelle !
