Soul Tree is an amazing yoga studio that I would recommend to anyone. A strong sense of community envelops you the moment you walk in the door and can make any novice feel at home and at ease within their practice!
I had a full hip replacement in September 2019. Healing is slow work and I thank yoga for being an integral part of the process, both pre and post-surgery. I managed to attend 168 classes at Soul Tree in 2019, with 22 different instructors and many different styles. Soul Tree is a wonderful, caring community w/ excellent instructors who regularly offer modifications in flow classes. After surgery. instructors recommend Kaiut, which turned out to be fantastic strength and flexibility work. All good and teacher very clear however the most important part relaxation was missing and studio too hot!
Soul Tree is the best yoga studio in East Boulder County. They have great classes and everyone who teaches and takes classes there are beautiful souls. They also have great workshops and special events. I love Soul Tree!
