Excellent customer service. I've always been very happy with how professional they are and their good attitudes. I had a check coming from Chase and when I asked Chase to cash it they told me that they would charge me. I took it to FirstBank and they just did it for free. I switched from Chase to FirstBank six months ago when they were giving away free Kindles and I couldn't be happier!
The single worst experience I have had at a bank in my life.nFirst of all setting up a single new business checking account took almost 2 hours.nThe teller Andrea was disorganized confused and had to ask several other employees questions throughout the process. She unnecessarily had me get a document notarized and then lied to me setting up the wrong kind of business account and locked me out of online banking. If you value your businesses ability to conduct transactions, do not conduct yours here.
