I couldn't be more pleased with my banking experience. I feel like I get personalized attention and am not just a number. Mr. Frederick is always so friendly and accommodating. We have checking, savings and home mortgage here as well as some business accounts.
Deposited a cashiers check and needed a paper notarized. Clerk said she had an appointment to do the same for someone else and couldn’t help me. She stood at the counter instead. It was 15 mins from closing time. I could tell I was being lied to so I waited, No one else ever came to the branch before it closed and now I will have to get this done somewhere else.

Wouldn't allow me to deposit CASH into my fiance's account. Even asked if I could use her debit card and pin for the deposit.nnEnded up just making the deposit in the ATM. Waste of 30 minutes because there is one atm at this location and the line takes forever.nnOfficially done with banks. Opened an account with a credit union last week. So far so good.
You could say that I have become something of a regular at this branch having to make regular deposits for the business I work for. As such, I have gotten to know most of the staff on a first-name basis, and am always welcomed with a warm greeting and a smile. Adam, Anne, Haley, Chia, and the rest of the staff always deliver top-notch customer service. A+
