Always very efficient and cordial service for over 6 years. Everything from replacement cards while traveling in other countries to quick resolution to atm disputes.. and most importantly.... they have always been patient with my poorly informed understanding of procedure or my initial angry tone.

Need to be discreet when a customer is conducting financial business. I don't need the entire room to know what I'm requesting and my identity and address does not need to be read back to me so loudly. Train your representatives how to discreetly verify information to the customer without everyone else hearing it.
I cannot say enough good things about this bank. This family of 5 all have accounts with Elevations. We also trust them with our business account as well! Never had any problems with the bank or the people. Always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help.
