The units are clean, safe and well-maintained, though expensive because everything related to real property values in Boulder is expensive. There was a nearly 20% price hike around 2018-19.nnThe Sprinter moving truck they offer for just the $20 cost of insurance is a great convenience.nnAccess to the units ends at 10 pm, which is not always convenient. Midnight or 24 hours would be preferable for those that have limited schedules.

Alex was very professional and quick to set up the lease. Top class service, he threw in a couple of large moving boxes as well which was a nice touch. Recommended to anyone near Boulder with storage needs, facility is not far down Arapahoe.

Alex was extremely helpful from start to finish. With zero notice Alex was able to accommodate us, due to Covid shut down. Made us feel comfortable that our daughters stuff would be safe. The pallet system works really well if you have a college student. Picking up was a breeze. They even helped load our car! A+++
