Rocket Tour

Rocket Tour makes very nice quality, high priced head covers that are about as good as anything on the market. However, like many companies, their customer service is poor. My $100 head cover had a knitting flaw that resulted in a small hole. I can't use it without making the hole larger. It needs repair or replacement and I requested one of those options from Rocket Tour and got absolutely no response from them. They probably assume that the hole is from abuse but, at least they could respond to a customer who forked out a lot of cash for a knit head cover. There's nobody who takes better care of their equipment than I do. This hole is not my doing. Either way, at least respond whether you can, or want to take care of the issue, or not so I can move on. I'll go elsewhere with my business in the future. If they don't care enough to make it right on a high profit item like this...oh well.
