Tried to lease a unit and I had called about 3 times the day prior with no answer or call back. I called the next day and I was greeted by a very rude woman, after asking normal questions I had just had enough. I am very glad I did not lease from them because that was an extremely unprofessional company.
Rented a few spaces from them 2009 to 2010 and I had great people working there. The only complaint was they slacked on ice and snow removal. But its been a few years I'm sure they resolved this issue, by now.
It took 3 days for a response to emails & calls.
Awesome location and great customer service. Really nice property manager and quite area!!
Amazing service, the people working here are diligent and helpful.
