What can I say about this company other than 5 stars. Before covid customer service was top notch ..for whatever reason, it's declined lately , waiting for an email reply 4 days now. Staff is super friendly , and scarpa makes the best outdoor accessories in my opinion hands down.

Likely some of the best customer service in the outdoor industry. I love my older Maestrale boots and it was comforting to know when I needed them repaired Scarpa was quick with a solution and quick with the service. Great products and great people backing them up.

Brett and Adam were extremely responsive to my warranty claim on a product that I am a huge fan of, the Maestrale RS. The process was very quick and easy and I was able to get my replacement within a week, just in time for my Patagonia trip this September! Grab yourself some sick touring boots knowing that you're in good hands with Scarpa.

My experience with Scarpa products have only been good. Until recently, I have not had to deal with their customer service. I recently bought some climbing shoes on their website. On the site, all of the sizes were listed. I put in the order a week ago and chose the option to pick them up at Scarpa because it takes >$15 to ship them anywhere from the warehouse.... Additionally, this was done with the intention of expediting the sale process. I received the email that my order was set butu never the email that I could pick them up. I’ve called Scarpa twice now and they have given me terrible service with no concrete information. One representative told me they should have arrived on 7/22 but the inventory wasn’t completed. The second representative told me to call back on 8/14 to see if they are in stock. He told me to cancel my order and re-order in August, because they don’t know when the shoes will arrive to the warehouse. This has been a very disappointing experience and all the customer service has been very vague and unhelpful. My current shoes have holes in them and was really looking forward to using the new overly priced $180 shoes at least within a few weeks of ordering them. Unfortunately this experience has made me never want to deal with Scarpa again. I’m going to try again on 8/14 but the representative told me that’s still no guarantee on arrival date. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did, but don’t expect Scarpa to give any helpful information when problems occur on their end. Inaccurate marketing is not beneficial to the consumer. Please do better Scarpa.
