The sandwich was great. The homemade potato salad was awesome. It tasted just like mine and I didn't have to make it.

Disgusting that I can count ten flies and two cobwebs in the restaurant, and at the exact same time Two employees on their phones doing nothing. Clearly you do not want to stay open during a Health Pandemic.

Headed home to Texas from Estes Park and we were planning on a quick stop at a Subway to get sandwiches. Saw Salvaggio’s and changed our minds. Best decision ever. We had a group of 13 and they handled our orders with courtesy and efficiency without the slightest bit of frustration at our questions. Everyone said their food was awesome. I ordered a fully loaded Sicilian sandwich with prosciutto, salami, and pastrami. Added salt and vinegar chips and a grapefruit sage Boucha. Instant heaven. Reminded me of my many visits to New York - without the gruff, edgy attitude of course. :) Next time we are in the area, we will stop by Salvaggio’s Deli for sure!

Awesome place great sandwiches. Went in today and was helped by a super nice dude at the counter, we chatted about backpacking in Thailand and living in Boulder. My roommate thought he was the owner but I wasn’t sure, so we looked him up and turns out yeah he was! Dope dude so humble running the register while everyone else was running around definitely going back, really good service.

Delicious fresh food. Sandwiches are fabulous. Fast Service and has those Ginseng and Honey Green Teas that are so good.
