Zeal is a wonderful restaurant that accommodates for ALL dietary types. They have wonderful gluten free and vegan options and also lovely locally an sustainably sourced meat options. You truly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!

Even in Boulder there aren't enough good options for vegan food. This place hits it out of the park. Not only do they have lots of options but the food is great. Their vegan tofu scramble is the best I've had. Go there and enjoy a great meal (awesome service too)!

If you want to experience world-class food at it's finest, it's hiding right here in Boulder Colorado (shhhh don't tell too many people)! I've been following the Chef Josh Moore from his days at Mailino and rooftop restaurant at the Gramercy Park Hotel in NYC. Boulder is SO lucky to have this guy! The creativity is off the charts for a restaurant of this type, and there is not one thing you could order and be disappointed. I suggest following @zealfood and @chefjosh79 on insta to get a real feel for the Chef behind the food and stunning visuals of what you'll get when you dine at this restaurant. Zeal Food Boulder and Chef Josh Moore you have my heart and my taste buds. Bravo!!

Hands down some of the BEST food I've ever had! The trout had SO MUCH flavor and was healthy while tasting decadent. The patio is covered and shaded AND they have heaters for when the weather turns cold. I felt really safe with all of their covid procedures and am excited to see their patio expansion complete with a beautiful fireplace! Cocktails were fun and seasonal and dessert was vegan and you'd never know it but your body will thank you for it! :)

Outstanding food and service tonight at Zeal! The mushroom crudo was one of the most delicious starters I’ve ever had, the tofu bowl was fab, and then, to top it all off, the chocolate cake was just exquisite. I’m bringing all my friends to dine with me here asap! Thanks Zeal, you really knocked the ball out of the park with your culinary creations. Perfect for my birthday!
