Called to ask for an electrician to switch out my smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors that are wired together in my home. Woman who answered the phone took my name and phone number and said someone would return my call. That was 2 days ago. Fortunately I found another electrician who is willing to handle the job for me. Thanks for nothing, Lassen.
Had work done before and was satisfied but this time no one showed up for our appointment. No call, no email, no anything. Disappointing.
I have had Lassin electric do work for me over the last 17 years. I have always been treated well. Their service has been better than expected. Tim has always taken the time to discuss the options helping me make good and informed decisions. He cares about his customers and has always charged me a very reasonable and fair price. They are my first and last call when I need something done right.
