The class offerings and instructors are great! They have the sanitation dialed in and garage doors open during class! It feels so good to be back at a gym, safely, during the pandemic!
Great studio and people! Always super helpful and great. Studio is very clean and well organized. Provide lockers, showers and towels. All instructors I’ve had have been excellent and the classes very challenging. Be prepared to sweat!
Mecha has absolutely changed the way I go about fitness. I leave every class feeling better about myself than the last, and it has truly been a life changer. I can see and feel the changes it has made in my body. As someone who NEVER looked forward to working out-- I cannot say enough good things about Mecha, the classes, the instructors- (especially Victoria who is always so considerate and mindful of each person in her classes and Justin who pushes and encourages in a way that makes me never want to give up- the whole vibe! I honestly and truly love it. HIGHLY recommend
Love this gym. They have an amazing staff!
Mecha is an amazing study with such an energizing, yet mellow, vibe. My favorite instructor is Victoria because I am literally sore the second I leave her class. I know she’s going to lead me through a hard workout with great music every time!!
