They are eager to help sign you up for a membership & but could not get anyone to cancel my membership & they continued to charge my card. They also promised to cal 5 times to help me & never called . Asked me to come in to get help then didn’t help had me sign a piece of paper , with no resolutions. They care more about money than meeting a person where they are at. They have way too many people in there place for me to have felt comfortable to come workout throughout whole time. They corporation gym that cares not about people but about how much money they can rake in by not showing up to help you cancel membership they purposely not respond so they can keep charging you !
This location has always provided great customer service even despite the madness of keeping up with Covid regulations. Love their classes too.nChelsea, the club manager, is very kind and professional.
By far one of the best gyms in boulder! The gym is always clean (great during COVID), and the staff is friendly and helpful. Have really loved my experience there, keep it up!
Very overrun by bros but the price is right. 3 stars cuz there have been way to many people up in this place for me to feel comfortable enough to workout during pandemic. I do my lifts in less than 30 min and GTFO.nThe free personal training session that came with membership was very helpful and the machine that tells you your body composition was dope.nAnother problem right now is lockers are unavailable and there’s literally no where safe to put your jacket/clothes except your car. Might be nice if they made as handful of lockers available. There are however tiny phone lockers.
I recently joined Crunch after belonging to CAC and 24 Hour here in Boulder. The Crunch gym equipment is great, and the employees seem kind and courteous. The customer service has been really good, Jax and Cassie were very helpful.
