Excellent, well rounded, martial arts program! The teachers are great with kids! Tim Wolchek has world class experience with martial arts and is an excellent sensei. The experience and skills the kids gain is a solid base for almost any martial arts that they want to pursue later, not just karate.

Wolchek Martial Arts has such a wide range of skills and classes to offer throughout the age ranges. And equal care, attention and focus is given to everyone at every level. There isn't a tuition contract and there are month to month payment options so you do not feel locked in, or otherwise under financial stress for your child to go to classes. We have been here for over 6years and my kids have gained so much confidence, skills, memory etc etc. Wolchek has added so much to our lives.

Wolchek Academy has been a great, positive experience for my two boys ages 6 and 8. They get to see all their friends, have positive leadership from adults who are very experienced working with children, set goals, get great exercise, and be with their friends. The afternoon sessions for this age group are very well priced and convenient. Wolchek really puts families first and provides a great service to the community. I love having wireless access there. There is a good waiting/viewing area for adults. And they have handled my youngest child's food allergy needs very confidently and well, which is a rare thing to find. We started this spring and I am sure we'll have our boys attend there for a very long time. Very happy!

My son, who is not a student at the Wolchek Martial Arts Academy, participated in the practice tournament today. I felt the need to review this school and tell of our experience today. The tournament started as many do with exploring the dojo. This is a first class dojo. From the sitting room to the dressing rooms and the dojo floor it is great. The owner Tim Wolchek met with us and even though we were not parents of or students from his school, made us all feel welcome and comfortable. Tim was an extremely professional and accommodating throughout the day. He was amazing in every way, from not “pitching us “to switch schools to shouting hints and support for our son (as well as his students) during the competition. The really amazing thing I noticed was how the students accepted my son as an equal and didn’t treat him as an outsider was really telling. The judges who were students as well, called the tournament as fair and balanced as any we have EVER attended. The students showed that the teachings of Mr Wolchek are more than just moves on a mat. Their integrity is a testament to this school and the instructors. Now on to the parents and grand parents. What a wonderful and accepting group. I cannot say enough about how they took us in and treated us all like we had been with the school for years. I can honestly say that if we didn’t live so far away, we would have a tough dicision to make on whether to switch schools to Wolchek Academy of Martial Arts. This is a top notch school from the minute you walk in the door. I would highly recommend this school to anyone wanting training in the martial arts.
