Caring and knowledgeable staff :) they do a great job
Nicole and Erica are such great people to work with. They have lots of different types of personal trainers available. I love the small family feel of their gym. I would recommend IAM to all of my Boulder friends.
This gym is the best, offers a nice variety of workout experiences (yoga, interval training, meditation, etc). Great trainers and the owners are awesome, educated and inspiring. I've been a member for three years and I believe it has changed my life.
Great local gym. I love the small group classes. They are small enough to get individualized support and feedback from the trainers and they are also a great way to socialize and have fun!
