I'm on a bit of a fitness journey trying to lose 20+ pounds. I've tried Yoga, Crossfit, Group Classes, Pilates- you name it- I've tried it. Unfortunately nothing seemed to stick. However, all that changed when I started going to Alchemy. The classes are fun, motivating and help me break a sweat. The teachers are kind & have great energy- they also give you options so you can adjust based on your fitness level. The community surrounding the studio helps keep you engaged & motivated. I've never had so much fun working out in my life. After 5 weeks- going to class is my favorite part of the day & I've lost weight already. Alchemy is a hidden gem. Additionally, I really appreciate all the efforts they have made to keep us active while executing Covid19 precautions.
I've been a loyal zumba dancer here for over 10 years. Whether you're looking for a community or just a fitness class/party, this dance studio has it all. I'm thankful for all the options: in-person, on-demand and online. It's beautiful, clean, friendly and has a fun atmosphere. Keeps me smiling :) If nothing else, try the 30 days for 30 dollars. Why not :)
I discovered Alchemy through a class called Soul Sweat that truly has become nourishment for my soul. Though I have no dance background, the owner and community of people here welcomed me warmly with no judgement. The teachers are incredible, and there is a great variety of classes to choose from whether in person, on demand, or online. I know I've gotten a great hour of exercise in, and always leave with a smile on my face!
Amazing dance studio from the owner, Ashley, to the quality of classes and teachers! Highly recommend!
They bring their concert type speakers outside into their parking lot during the week and as early as 9am on weekends and blair the music so loud it reverberates through surrounding apartments hallways. There have been phone calls to ask to turn the music down for the sake of surrounding residents to maybe sleep in on the weekends that have been repeatedly ignored. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.
