Fabulous studio, I took a fantastic class today with Jennifer. I’m taking a class tomorrow with Miguel. I’ve traveled a lot and always look for Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic studios, this studio offers an amazing schedule of classes, but not just a great schedule - fantastic instruction, will skill and detail. - Stoked on this studio! I’m traveling through, but will try to make it everyday while I’m here.
Jen is amazing! She is highly knowledgeable about body mechanics, movement, postural stability, and modifications for people with injuries. I was blown away by my session with her. I am a physical therapist so I am very picky about who I would send clients to, but I would gladly send clients her way knowing that they will get great value and care in Jen's hands!
This place is amazing! Owner has created a beautiful, clean, zen space with a variety of equipment to cater to wherever one might be on their Gyrotonic journey. Instructors are all highly qualified and well trained, including being certified. They genuinely care about making sure you are feeling good, and of course, that you are safe. I’ve seen tremendous changes in my body and mind since working with Jenny. I haven’t come across a studio as good as this one.
This is a great studio. I've been going there for the past several years. The owner, Jen and the instructors there are great -- very experienced and effective. The studio is very welcoming with a friendly atmosphere and all experience levels are welcome. Highly recommend it!
