Precision is a company that has highly qualified technicians. Their work is always dependable, honest and of the highest quality. They take care of you like a small town plumber would. Yet, they offer all the conveniences and services of a major company.nI have always been satisfied and extremely thankful when I can call on Precision for my Heating, Air Conditioning or Plumbing issues. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

Eric came this morning and checked furnace, recommending cleaning it to prolong its life, AND we were very pleased he said he could do it while he was here for us.nSometimes the difficult part of maintenance/repair is scheduling/being home awaiting service, so this was great. We thank Eric Martin for explaining his work to us and obliging our request to do that work DURING his visit. Good service from Precision Plumbing & Heating as usual!

Precision Plumbing repaired a leak I had in my basement. The quality of work performed was top-notch and the plumber, David, was courteous and polite.nnThe reason I'm giving them 1 star is because they charged me $1,089 for only two hours of work and about $100 in replacement parts, which was incredibly over-priced. I feel taken advantage of, no doubt. The going rate for plumbers in Boulder is no more than $150 per hour. Precision Plumbing charged me $450 per hour!nnThey say you learn your lesson the fastest when you lose money. This experience with Precision Plumbing is a prime example of that. I should have asked them what the hourly rate was before committing to the bid. Instead, I assumed a bid in excess of $1,000 meant the project would require at least 5-7 labor hours, based on the going rate. Well, you know what they say about making assumptions...nnLong story short: I will not be using Precision Plumbing again and I will not recommending them to friends, family or my neighborhood.

Jacob and Precision Plumbing were awesome. Jacob kept me informed of his arrival time and was on schedule. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with my sump pump, and also fixed a water leak and repaired some shoddy plumbing workmanship leftover from another plumbing company. The cost was extremely reasonable and fair. The company and Jacob were professional and perfect in every way, and they have earned my business for life. Highly recommend!

Justin Martinez came to diagnose an issue we were having with our toilet. Upon inspection it turns out the issue was greater than we realized. The toilet we have has difficult to source parts, & the brand told Justin the part would take 4 weeks+ to arrive. With a full house & newborn at home there was no way we could go a month without a functioning toilet. After speaking to the toilet company Justin got online & immediately found the part for us elsewhere & had it rushed to the Precision warehouse so that he was able to repair our toilet in less than one week’s time. He seemed genuinely distressed for us that it took even that long. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. We felt in good hands with him. He also unclogged our drains in the same visit. We’ve had other Precision technicians install both our home’s HVAC systems as well as our water heaters. We feel they always do their best to get someone out ASAP whenever we call, & the issues are always resolved as quickly as possible. They are consistent & reliable.
