I used this store’s photo printing service (via mobile app) for a gift. The photo came out great and Audrey was super communicative and helpful. I will definitely use this service again!
Will, the lead pharmacist/manager, is great and very helpful. Unfortunately, Casey gives the store a bad reputation, as others have said. My encounter with her was pretty awful. She is very rude and does not seem to have the sensitivity and social skills needed to be a competent pharmacy tech. I agree that calling in to see who is working before you go is good advice.
The Pharmacy at this Walgreens is great IF Will is working. If Casey is there...walk out. Complicated issues, Will knows what he’s doing and will handle them efficiently and pleasantly. Casey, is a different story. Uncooperative and doesn’t care. Not just me. I’ve witnessed her interactions with other patients. I suggest calling first to see who’s working.
I love this pharmacy! They provide such great customer service. Remember who you are (which considering the volume is amazing). Today, we had to take our daughter (who has high functioning autism) for her flu shot. Nathan, the pharmacist is a gem. He is so busy, but he took 15 minutes out of his schedule to calm the most anxious 9 year old ever! He got the job done too, which is exceptional considering last year we had to make multiple trips to our pediatrician to get the shot, because of panic attacks. Go Nathan!!!
Just a regular old rite aid, but in the 5 minutes I was in here the employees managed to be rude enough that I felt the need to post this review. I know working retail can suck, but basic manners when talking to a customer isn’t too much to ask.nUpdate: went back in a few minutes later to get a few more things, there was a nice young man working the register this time: he was very polite.
