Normally we Love this location, but we tried to make a quick down and back trip from Wheat Ridge and were unable to get into the store in a timely manner. I understand that some changes have been made in light of Covid, but I wish an email had been sent out about reservations, we would’ve made our own. I hate to be such a Ken, but when we got to the store location there was only one person in line ahead of us, but because there were 5 “virtual reservations” ahead of us, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. From my perspective I don't think its a very good business practice to leave paying customers waiting outside while “virtual reservations” are somewhere in limbo land. My daughter literally knew the exact pair of shorts and size she wanted all we had to do was get them off the rack and pay for them. We will try this location again, but this missed out on capturing this particular sale, we will order online instead...

I have been a very loyal customer for 11 years. I will not go back into the Boulder store as long as Rachel is a manager. On Nov 18 I bought two backpacks and they were $128 each. Nine days later at the black Friday sale they were marked down to $69. As I was checking out with a sizeable purchase I asked for a price adjustment. She stated it had been 9 days and only could give me the sales prices within 7 days. I contacted corporate and they sent me an emailing stayting the sales adjustment were for 30 days and the store would give me the credit. Tonight I went in the store and Rachel would only give me the adjustment for one backpack and stated corporate was wrong and she would make this exception this one time. I have always had great customer experience but I am now done. She was also very rude during the black Friday sale and tonight. Life is too short to be treated like this by people.

The customer service was outstanding! I’ve never felt more welcome and appreciated in a store. I know for sure I’ll be back soon.
