Came in here just to browse, but decided to buy a pair of jeans that actually fit! The stylist that worked with me spent an hour finding my perfect fit, and I walked home with an amazing pair of jeans that look great! I'm so thankful for the help; jeans shopping can be so stressful and unpleasant but I had a blast here.
The products and selection are great. The staff is fairly rude, though. Would recommend shopping online unless you need to check sizes.
I've loved madewell for several years & today I was blown away with their amazing customer service - I'm now a customer for life! So kind & so helpful. I exchanged a pair of jeans that I wasn't happy with due to fit & they were great with helping me find a pair I loved & fit correctly.
The girls there are super helpful, knowledgeable, and lovely to work with. The store is always very tidy and easy to find stuff. It really is a great storefront
Walked in no hellos, walked by a sales woman no word. Didn’t even say a word to me and they went off in the back to start laughing. Didn’t feel welcomed in the store. Hire a new staff. Really wanted to buy and look at stuff but felt they were laughing at me...
