I have been ordering bras in quarantine since I lost weight. Unfortunately, none of them fit and I was struggling. When I saw this store opened, I came in to return all the stuff I bought those months. All of the staff was phenomenal, as was the experience! Alyssa was the “Fitting Specialist” who measured me, (safely talked me through due to COVID), and she went above and beyond helping me through the returns, new purchases, and helpful suggestions!!! The staff definitely made this a wonderful shopping experience!!! Much needed these days!
It's a fun store to shop for my daughter, and granddaughter HOWEVER they need to stop annoying customers with the employee they station at the door before you even step foot into the store. I don't like it. Don't ask me what I'm looking for today when I'm not even inside yet. SO ANNOYING. I refuse to talk to them on the sidewalk, and I don't shop there as often.

Most of the staff are great. I had just finished buying new dresses at Macy's and was going to get matching at Pink. The door person wudnt let me in becuz Im transgender. Im a model and I know i wont be going to Pink ever again.
The employees were NOT attentive. There was no welcoming or help with our time. We waited for about 10 minutes before getting help for check-out, after I flagged one of the employees down, because the two employees were talking and had no regard for service.nnI gave this a two star because one girl I flagged down was nice and helpful once I had her attention.
