Excellent customer service, and the store was well stocked + beautifully clean.
Staff is very friendly and helpful! The also always seem to have a sale.
I have always found Eddie Bauer to have exactly what I want at a really fair price point. So I would always recommend checking out Eddie Bauer store first before any other outdoor store. They somehow have just the right thing. And this store whenever I have visited have had excellent knowledgeable staff

Always extremely rude and aggressive when it comes to sales at this location. My husband and I are constantly followed around the store and asked about every 35 seconds if we need help finding our size or if they can take the clothing we're holding. We can never comfortably shop here or even have a conversation without the sales staff holding our hands or watching our every move. I laid down some items and Julie came over and threw my items to the side and grabbed the pile of shirts we were currently looking at and started aggressively folding them like she was irritated with us for unfolding the shirts to look at them. We've spent several hundred dollars in there within the last couple of months and yet we are treated like we are causing a huge inconvenience of some sort.
