Pharmacist has yelled at customers over the phone and was audible to those waiting in line. Claiming that she didn't want to provide flu shots because she had other things to do.nnIn an attempt to fulfill my script today, I was hung up on 5 times and placed on hold for over an hour, only for the pharmacist to lie to me and tell me that my script was filled by another pharmacy. I have no other pharmacy on file, and my insurance showed that it was billed and filled at this location.nnI will not be returning and am transferring my script.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow and poorly run. They give you no estimate on wait time. After 20 minutes waiting for a flu shot, in which two people were helped, I asked and was told it would probably be 45 more minutes. I definitely wouldn’t go here during Covid because he will be with you forever along with everybody else. I’d get a flu shot somewhere else. I wish it were one bad experience, but I’ve been going back because it’s convenient, but I definitely won’t any more.

I have always found the pharmacy staff most helpful. They go out of their way to help with any questions or problems.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Every single time I go in this store the staff is extremely rude and bothered. My last experience in this store both evening cashiers were extremely rude. All I did was ask for 1 price check he acted like it was the end of the world like him giving me this one price check which I waited in line for btw was going to end his life. Eddie was giving me straight attitude when I went to check out and all I was trying to do was pay for my merchandise... I even ask him how his day was he was still rude. Oh and then when I asked the staff on the floor to locate an item for me they acted like it wasn’t there job to help me find it. There are 4 other Walgreens in this town take your business elsewhere
