My experience with Schapell Jewelers was excellent. I was greeted promptly, professionally and friendly. The gentleman that helped me listened to my needs and concerns (I needed a new clamp for a leather bracelet) and offered me a solution that was affordable. He made the change to my bracelet quickly and was very nice about everything. Overall, my experience was great. I had asked others about a recommendation and Schapell Jewelers was highly recommended. I agree and would use them again.

Schapell Jewelers is a GREAT local jeweler here in Boulder! I was recommended to go see them by multiple people so I went into it with confidence already. And they went above and beyond to exceed all expectations! I had a unique piece that required resizing and a repair (not made by them), and they worked with me to make it work within my means. I received quote phone calls before anything was done, very timely, and they had it looking nicer than it ever had looked before! Kali/Cally (sp?) was very professional and even remembered me by name when I came in weeks later. My wife was smiling ear to ear with happiness when she saw how nice it turned out. Thank you for being awesome!!

I stopped by this store for the first time to get a small necklace of mine repaired. One great thing about Schapell is that this is a full service jeweler, which I was happy to find in Boulder! The employees were lovely and incredibly helpful. Since my repair was small I decided to wait in the store, and while I did one of the associates showed me some of the pieces that she loved. We mostly looked at sapphires, and I have one word for them: WOW. These were some of the most gorgeous sapphires I've seen, and I'm sure the rest of the jewelry collection is just as incredible. I plan to go back for any jewelry needs that I have because though it was my first time (and I was in sweats with a messy bun) they treated me as a valued, loyal customer, and service like that can be hard to come by. Highly recommend stopping in to this store in Boulder as you will not be disappointed.

We love supporting our local Schapell Jewelers. We are celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary this year and went to look for a new wedding ring set but no idea where to start or what I even liked. Christine was incredibly helpful and spent hours with us helping to narrow in on the perfect set! Highly recommend to anyone!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! Everyone was warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable to browse. I was impressed with Schapell Jeweler’s selection and diversity within the collections. I also loved the quality to price ratio. You will definitely be well pleased with your purchase, as I am ecstatic about my new ring!nThe jeweler, James, was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the entire store. He understood the essence of my style right away, guided me towards pieces in my price range and never influenced me to spend more than I wished, although he did inform me layaway was an option. I had such a pleasant experience with James that I will be returning.nI highly recommend visiting Schapell Jewelers and investing in a wonderful piece of jewelry!
