Everything went smoothly, Kyle was fantastic. Our daughter bought a 2021 Crosstrek and it wasn't a stressful experience at all. Everything was explained in terms you could understand and Kyle was very up front about everything. Kerrie in finance was great also, again everything was explained in plain English no hidden fees or anything like that. The best car buying experience in my life. If your in Boulder or close by I highly recommend Kyle and Flatirons Subaru.

We had a great experience working with Brendan to purchase a new Ascent. After visiting several dealerships and then popping into Flatirons Subaru on a whim on the drive home, we realized we wanted to purchase from Flatiron. They were professional, helpful, and friendly - and helped us execute on our purchase in the timeline we needed (we were moving that following day and needed a car asap). I had a great experience working with Serena to purchase my new Subaru Forester. Serena listened to my requests and went the extra mile to be sure that I received just what I wanted in my new Forester. She patiently explained the sophisticated technology inside the Forester and answered my questions. This is by far the best dealership I have ever did business with. I bought a Forester several months ago at a great price. I just had my vehicle serviced and it was safe and I was provided with a full video of what was done. They even disinfected my car before I drove it and did so in front of me so I knew it was done. During these times we all need a kind, neighborly, and local dealer. I have confidence and respect for this dealer. I am glad to take my business at Flatirons Subaru.
