Staff is always friendly. This place is usually pretty busy at any time of the day because Google is right next door. They have a policy against allowing big backpacks in the store, which I feel is discriminatory. I'm also not happy with the way they remodeled the place.
For whatever reason, almost every starbucks in a Safeway sucks. Every time without fail. They might need retraining on how to make the drinks and mocha syrups correctly.
Starbucks is awesome. This one is no exception. Great service, awesome coffee.
Stopped for Caramel Frappuccinos after a long, hot day at the Boulder Creek Festival. The place was clean and well stocked and service was good. The frappuccinos were cold and refreshing.
