Rachel(?), She is the best bank teller I have ever met. She is always greeting me with lovely smile and her service is very quick ! I want to give 5 stars only because of her, even though another lady is not that friendly....

This is my bank. I come here on occasion. One time the teller yelled at me because I was too poor. Nah, I'm just kidding they're totally cool. Just stop by and have a good 'ol withdrawal. Total legit people inside and out. On weekends there is usually a hobo sleeping outside though. Mostly during night time hours. Don't worry he usually doesn't chase you down if you don't throw rocks at him. haha get it? chase you down?

Came here when it was closed, and there’s no drive in ATM, at about 7pm. Inserted my card and guess what? The door doesnt work what the fock

I went into this branch instead of calling the hot line in the assumption that face to face interactions ensure attentive and detail oriented customer service. Unfortunately all that happened was the banker called the same hot line from her desk, but relayed the wrong information. This caused my cards to get messed up, not terribly, but enough to be a pain in the butt. The banker instructed me to call the hot line when I got home to fix things. When I did so, they informed me that the changes were not reversable, and this is something the banker 100% should have known. All in all a very dissappointing interaction.
