I met with Megan Austin after trying to do my taxes on my own via the Turbo Tax app/program. May taxes became more complicated than a W2, and Turbo Tax offered little to no customer support aside from online Chat. I decided to bite the bullet, ask for help and made an appointment (online, which is so convenient) to come in and meet with a professional. I was anxious and nervous and worried I was going to owe taxes for the first time ever based on my Turbo Tax attempt. Megan Austin took control of my situation and took care of my filing with grace and ease. She was also incredibly patient and kind with me as I know very little about taxes was oozing stress. She even walked me how to reading my return and what line items mean what.nNeedless to say, I walked out with my taxes successfully filed, a return to look forward to, and a new tax professional on my side who I can call anytime.nI am purchasing a new home this year, and I will absolutely be back next year for help filing again. Entirely worth the cost.

Heather Ellis pulled the details of our situation together so we could pay our taxes in good faith. She knew the regulations or was able to find them. We are confident our taxes are compliant and have a solid base for our future taxes.

Nalini did a wonderful job with all of my tax materials, explaining how the different concerns I had impacted the overall filing, and was able to sit with me for a little less than an hour and get it all done, start to finish. We discussed items to look for and document that will impact filing next year, as well as helped me to understand how the new tax code changes recently enacted affected the filing and its final outcome. She's been my tax preparer for several years now, and I enjoy and appreciate working with her every year.
