I have never had such great customer service! I had a couple of shirts made in July, the gal that helped me went completely out of her way to make the pic on shirt just right!!! I was in Wa. Visiting family then. I was trying to get the same thing done at my home in Utah. I called so many places with no luck! I was so stressed out!!! I then had the bright idea to call you guys,,,, BEST DECISION! I worked with Casey, and he was extremely helpful! I needed the shirt in 2 days! He kept reassuring me saying “I got you”! He went completely out of his way to go to post office and worked to get me the best rate to ship. My husband’s Birthday is tomorrow and I feel so good knowing that it will be here!!! You guys saved me from a highly stressful situation! Thank you so very much! I will be telling anyone that will listen about the great service!!!!

My boyfriend was looking for a custom t-shirt with his grandmas face on the front and we needed it done in an hour and the young employee was so nice and accommodating. She was super professional and very quick and was able to have it done in under 20 minutes!! And all for a decent price! I definitely recommend!

I Recommend bringing any and ALL of your embroidery/decal needs to the very capable people at Design Customs. The owner is more than impeccable at what he does and shows his staff to have the same passion and attention to detail as he.... will be referring many more people to his establishment

I had an order for a work hosting event. KC was not only able to fill the order quickly, but to his professional and personal perfection. His love for his work and customers was very apparent. I will be coming back for all of my custom apparel!

I took my daughter in to design a gift for the boyfriend, and Casey was absolutely amazing! Teenagers are a species all their own, especially girls with specific designs in mind;)not only did he walk us through the process creating an incredible product but he even tried on a hoodie to be sure we got the right size!! We were thrilled with the end result and she cannot wait to wear their matching attire! Definitely recommend checking them out.
