Store was clean and well organized. The cashier was very helpful.
My wife loves it here. I like it to great parking and lots to look at. Well it's Macy's what else can I say. If you like that kind of department store and atmosphere this place is for you
Used my Macy points to buy Frangos! Let be their Keihl's skin and body care line. Amazing products. Generous with samples in all of the related areas, perfume, make up, other skin care lines. Great customer service. They are also conviently located by the massage chairs. Bring your own sanitizer and some dollar bills! F Angie & a righteous massage takes the stress out of the mall experience. You can also get in and out without ever entering the actual mall. Parking is good there, too.
Only half the lights were on, sparse sales staff. I was shopping for perfume and their selection did not include some of the timeless favorites. It looks like it is best to shop Macy's online and pick up in the store.
Misquoted time on my ring being sized. Originally said 2-3 weeks. Its now week 5. I understand because of covid that there would be a wait. But I was assured it wasn't going to be longer then 3. After the 4th week I called and they said it could take another week. I called again and they said the have no clue when I will get my ring.had I known it would be this ridiculous of a wait, I would have purchased my 5k worth of jewelry elsewhere. We will not be shopping there again.
