Love it here ! The sales associates are incredible . Never came across such genuine workers before. They truly wanted to help me and made sure I was happy with my shopping experience.

I’ve been a long time Loft shopper. There are always lots of friendly helpful staff. The fit of the clothes is good for my pear body shape. Great for work clothes.

Stopped here for my wife to do some shopping. The whole store was 40% off and the staff went way out of their way to be helpful which was nice. They clearly are required to push a store credit card VERY hard which is unfortunate. It soured an otherwise lovely shopping experience.

Employees can be a bit pushy and rude. Occasionally you get a good one, but it seems rare so I prefer to shop online. Selection is always slim here too.
