I thought I ordered extra biscuits with my order, my group informed me after I called and said I didn't get my biscuits that I never actually ordered them. They were kind enough to give me the biscuits (that I never ordered) for free. Great customer service!

Wrong food. Charged for food we didn’t get. Wouldn’t answer the front door to change the order or give a refund. Wouldn’t answer the phone. This place is a disaster lately.

Called in order 10 minutes before they opened...surprised that someone answered! 15 minutes later my large 16 piece meal was at my motorhome door...piping hot! Great service!

Ordered sweet tea and the sweet tea container I got was a hot from sitting in the sun............wouldn't that tell someone with common sense to move it somewhere not roasted out by the sun. Its okay we will wait to get home to chill our drinks the enjoy our meal.
