Can't say enough about the home depot, the best place for all your building needs. The staff here are second to none. They were very knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions you have. If you can't find it in store, they han over a million products on line.
Oh how I wish we had a Lowe's in Montrose. We just moved here and are just starting a remodel on the home we purchased. The customer service at this location was not acceptable. Three visits and each time we were very unhappy with the lack of help and poor attitude. It was really surprising at it does not fit the attitude of the area.nnSo, since that time we have been making lists and driving the 1.5 hours to Grand Junction twice a week and going to Lowe's. This is disappointing as we prefer to keep our business local and it is very much costing us time that is in turn delaying the renovation process. But it is well worth it to get the quality of service we get from Lowe's.nnHopefully Home Depot will take a moment to look at this and make changes. They definitely lost our business (cabinets, flooring, materials, about 28k estimated in materials for the renovation in the next 6 months.)
