Great experience. My wedding gown was trashed with mud due to location of our ceremony but kilbane’s worked their magic and my dress is beautifully white again. Thank you guys!

Completely unhappy. Ruined military uniform, took over 2 months to sew patches on, and did it wrong twice! Granted first attempt was during COVID so I understand the shut down, but to use the excuse of COVID as to why things were done wrong is unacceptable, seamstress called twice while working on uniforms to confirm what needed to be done. Owner is uncooperative, unapologetic, and rude. Seamstress needs to retire! Everything was explained to her 5+ times with printed instruction/pictures/patterns of how things needed to look and still got it all wrong, took little care in not snagging uniforms, causing runs in dress uniforms. The mother daughter team there were the only ones that had any concern or professionalism. I will never do business here again and I will never refer anyone!

Only thing I suggest is that you put padded shoulder guards on hangers for dress shirts & women's silk blouses/dresses to prevent hanger humps. Thank you.nPaula Crain

The only reason it's one star is because that was the lowest option. The customer service in this establishment is without a doubt the worst I have encountered in the Montrose area. I highly recommend finding another dry cleaning service.
