I've had my account with BOC for several years. The staff has always been very friendly. I have went into the bank, used the drive thru, and ATM at the Delta, Olathe and Montrose locations. I have also had transactions completed over the phone several times. I have never had a bad experience. All the information I need is on the app and have completed many transactions on it without any problem. I highly recommend this bank.
Draconian banking practices. Do not recommend for anyone that needs a checking account. Look elsewhere.nHas a worthless Banking Phone AP.
